but can for instance i change the amount of wind or sun radiation as a parameter in one of the sides of the building and by doing that, let the building to change the openings on that side by its own knowledge as the way a software like grasshopper does it? Think of it like this, i know i can draw an entire building with all of its plans and sections and 3d views and by changing a door for example in one of the views, this parameter will change in all the other views available. I mean can i give parameters to the software and let it "design" for me and give me solutions and different possibilities or is it only for "drawing" using parameters such as walls and doors etc. I wanted to know, is revit a Parametric Designing software Or simply a Parametric Drawing Software? I have a different kind of question? not a question about working with the software and not a question related to troubleshooting in Revit, but a more general and comprehensive question.Īnd I'm asking this question from those who are fully familiar with the term "parametric design" as the way we know it in software's such as grasshopper

First of all i should apologize because I'm not so good in English.
